1. The Agreement

Welcome to Ev-ent Tech. By using our platform to organize or manage events, you agree to these terms. We provide the software; you provide the party.

2. Your Responsibilities

You are entirely responsible for the events you host. You agree not to use our platform for any illegal activities, fraudulent ticket sales, or to upload malicious data. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure.

3. Fees and Payments

Ev-ent Tech offers both free and paid tiers. Paid tiers (like our Pro Event License) must be settled before premium features are unlocked. All fees paid to Ev-ent Tech for software usage are non-refundable unless otherwise required by South African law.

4. Refunds and Guest Disputes

Ev-ent Tech provides the platform for organizers to track and manage attendees. We do not manage ticket refunds or dispute resolutions between the Organizer and the Guest. Any financial disputes regarding the event itself must be handled directly by the Event Organizer.

5. Limitation of Liability

We work hard to keep Ev-ent Tech running perfectly, but software can have bugs. We provide the platform "as is." Ev-ent Tech is not liable for indirect damages, lost profits, or revenue loss due to platform downtime, internet outages at your venue, or data entry errors made by your team.

6. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa.
