Need help scanning tickets at the door? Do not share your login details. You can invite your event staff to the platform and safely assign them the "Promoter" role.

Promoters get a simplified, restricted view. They are routed directly to the Live Mode ticket scanner to check guests in, but they are strictly blocked from seeing your ticket revenue, financial dashboards, or editing your event details. You keep the financial control, and they keep the line moving.
